As CEO of Ascention, Dan is responsible for driving our company’s vision in delivering world class outcomes in Enterprise Performance Management for all our clients. His overview and management ensure that every client engagement delivers the results expected.

Further to this, Dan has been instrumental in developing Ascention’s technology solutions through selective partnerships with global industry-leading solution providers.

Dan has extensive experience in the analytics industry which spans more than 15 years with organisations in the US, UK, Europe and Australia. His knowledge is built on executive roles in Financial Management with one of the largest hydro-electric utilities in North America as well as many consulting roles.

Finally, his outstanding performance in the ANZ region now sees him as one of the top-rated consultants in the APAC industry with recognition as a thought leader who is regularly invited to speak at forums, events and business networks.

Grant Creswell
Grant CreswellDirector
Grant has outstanding experience in technology and driving cultural change though his previous roles as CIO and CTO with a range of organisations. His experience gives him the ability to quickly understand organisational value chains and processes, identify value returns and effectively engage with key stakeholders to drive success on a vast range of enterprise level projects with organisations such as: Telstra, Opera Australia, Goodyear and Federal Department of Veterans affairs.

Grant enjoys working with energetic people on a wide range of projects to deliver locally developed products and services at global standards of excellence – he has nurtured and driven many start-ups in a variety of sectors – from technology to education.

As a longstanding Board member and Chairman of Oxford Falls Grammar, his passion for engaging people in worthy projects has been very rewarding for all.

Throughout his client engagements have seen Ben work closely with many CIOs, CMOs, CFOs and CEOs on improving their business results through technology and services.

He has worked with many enterprise level clients as their advisor and advocate in ensuring their organisations better understand their customers and business processes, resolve challenges and uncover opportunities for business growth as well as increasing the ROI for their technology investments.

Ben has instilled a vision for sales at Ascention that expects every client engagement to result with a passionate advocate for the Ascention team, its solutions and services.

He is an expert in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery – both financially & operationally.

Laurence is a driven and innovative senior leader with demonstrated expertise in developing & executing successful strategy which aligns all streams within a Department to produce functional, affordable & exciting solutions.

As Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for delivering seamless uninterrupted excellence in Client experience across the entire organisation.

Kate Razzivina CA, MBA, BCOM

Kate is a Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in the financial management of large companies, strategy and the complex operational aspects of running international customer focused organisations. Her career includes executive and senior management roles in the technology, transport/logistics and manufacturing industries.

Kate was previously the CFO of WiseTech, a leading high profile global Australian technology company and has also held various finance roles at DHL, Toll and Norske Skog.

Kate has a passion for technology and is a leader who constantly encourages mentoring and coaching across the organisation to drive the development of team member careers.

Alan Abraham
Alan AbrahamChief Sales Officer
Senior Business leader with 20 years in sales, marketing and ‘C’ Level experience in ANZ, APJ and US. Primary focus on New Market & Business Development, Enterprise/SME/SMB engagement, Sales and Marketing, Direct & Channel Management, with a history of building high performing sales teams from start up to large organic growth. Developed specialties in Sales, Marketing and PR with an eye for critical analysis, creativity innovation and execution.

Managed businesses from small and emerging start-ups to Large Strategic Enterprise operations. Experience in the fields of Strategic and Enterprise Software/Hardware, Storage (primary & secondary), Cloud, Security, Virtualization, Consumer Box, Online, Infrastructure Management & Mobility Software solutions.

Experience and strong personal engagement in Public relations, corporate roadshows, partner communications and Media briefings from ANZ, APJ & US.
A comprehensive knowledge and accountability of achieving high growth, brand identification, cost reduction, and strong customer retention.

Carol Tannous-Sleiman
Carol Tannous-SleimanPeople & Talent Director
Carol Tannous-Sleiman has over 20 years of senior executive experience in Human Resources within the corporate, government and profit-for-purpose sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

Carol’s passion for strong, focused organisational culture is driven by creating and leading employee engagement and development programs as well as implementing reward and talent management strategies. These programs and initiatives will support the achievement of Ascention’s business goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Ascention, she managed the Human Resources function in a range of organisations in industries including childcare, retail, FMCG and manufacturing.

Carol holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Macquarie Graduate School and a Master’s Degree in Labour Law & Relations from Sydney University Law School. As a Certified Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI, Australia) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she brings wide-industry knowledge.

Zoran is an innovative marketing leader with over 25 years of experience as a customer advocate in a range of organisations (including ASX 100 companies, SME companies, Marketing & Procurement Groups and Membership Associations) across a diverse range of industries. He is an expert on all areas of marketing with particular strengths in marketing automation technology, digital marketing, content marketing, product and corporate marketing, brand strategy and execution as well as marketing operations and marketing workflows.

He has deep experience in working in fast growing enterprises with complex stakeholder relationships. Zoran has developed innovative and highly effective joint marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with international and local vendors across many industries.

Derek Holt

Derek believes that great companies are built from great teams. He has helped build highly effective Teams with many fast-growing technology companies ensuring that the foundation and ethos of the teams’ match that of the founder’s vision.

Derek’s 20-year career includes working with start-ups to giants like Intel, Trend Micro, MYOB and Widevine.
