Job Summary

The Client Director sells solutions encompassing Ascention’s products and services to large and mid-tier accounts. The Client Director focuses on new business, but also has responsible for existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Solution Director, the Pre-Sales Consultant will support the sales and solutions teams.  The Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing corporate and government clients on data management solutions.

Reporting to the PMO, the Business Analyst will support the analysis and documentation of business requirements for new systems, as well as providing going support for existing systems to ensure continuous improvement. This position will work to project managers in active projects and will analyse business and systems requirements to develop functional and technical specifications.  This position will assist in mapping those requirements to the new system architectural solution, while ensuring they are consistent with Ascention and client delivery policies and procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                               

The Management Accountant’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing the overall promotion campaigns planning & reporting review invoices, work orders and data to estimate peak delivery periods;
  • Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenue;
  • Plan and schedule the execution of the promotion campaigns to completion on time and budget;
  • Maintain company accounting systems, and advise on the application and integration of CRM, Analytical systems;
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures;
  • Source further sales, initiate idea and suggest improvements throughout all areas of the business; to collect and analyze data associated with campaigns undertaken; to prepare and reports on project outcomes;
  • Providing recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
  • Working with analytics reporting tools such as Power BI and Zoho Suite;

 

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong experience with Power BI including DAX and Power Query
