Further to this, Dan has been instrumental in developing Ascention’s technology solutions through selective partnerships with global industry-leading solution providers.

Finally, his outstanding performance in the ANZ region now sees him as one of the top-rated consultants in the APAC industry with recognition as a thought leader who is regularly invited to speak at forums, events and business networks.

Laurence McGann

Laurence has over 15 years of deep experience with a range of Australia’s leading Large-Format High-Volume Retailers across Design, Research & Development and Project Management. He is an expert in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery – both financially & operationally.

Laurence is a driven and innovative senior leader with demonstrated expertise in developing & executing successful strategy which aligns all streams within a Department to produce functional, affordable & exciting solutions.

As Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for delivering seamless uninterrupted excellence in Client experience across the entire organisation.

Chris Hui
Chris Hui Chief Financial Officer
Chris is a Financial Controller responsible for leading financial decisions for both Technology Services and early-stage Supply Chain Software platform. Chris acquires a solid experience in financial services after obtaining his 1st accounting professional qualification from ACCA in the UK in 2005. His background comprises of understanding the challenges for growth for a private company, requirements in statutory reporting, compliance and risk management and practical experience as a company secretary.

As a Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for providing strategic direction, commercial and financial advice, and the resources necessary to support delivery of those objectives.

Jin Teik OON

As a former Olympian (1984 Los Angeles) and Asian Games medallist, Jin Teik’s illustrious 31-years professional career spanned both private and public sectors in multiple industries, with residence in USA, China, and Singapore. He is a trusted, people-centric senior executive who specializes in business turnaround, mega project ideation-startup-operations, place making in mixed use developments, and complex stakeholder management (including public-private-people partnerships).

With a successful business established in Australia for almost 10 years, Jin Teik was tasked by the Founder to start up and expand Ascention’s business into Asia, starting with Southeast Asia. He is also Chairman & Non-Executive Director (Approved Technology Solutions, UK), Senior Advisor (Xctuality and eSports Players League), and Board Member (Beyond Sport and Republic Polytechnic).

Jin Teik has an MBA & BSc Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, USA. He attended Executive Education classes at Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania, USA), Kellogg Business School (Northwestern University, USA), 6th Leaders in Administration Program (Civil Service College, Public Service Division, Singapore), and Advanced Leaders Program-Future China (Business China, Nanyang Business School Singapore.)

He is an expert on all areas of marketing with particular strengths in marketing automation technology, digital marketing, content marketing, product and corporate marketing, brand strategy and execution as well as marketing operations and marketing workflows.

He has deep experience in working in fast growing enterprises with complex stakeholder relationships. Zoran has developed innovative and highly effective joint marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with international and local vendors across many industries.
